Through film, he has consistently conveyed deep cultural themes, with several works gaining international recognition. His enduring commitment to cinematic exploration has made him one of the most influential and representative voices in the history of Chinese-language filmmaking.

Mdm Lu Meihui | Advisor

Mdm Lu MeiHui serves as Chairperson of Scholar Films, and concurrently holds key positions including Chairperson of the Taiwan ZhongYi YiBai Cultural Care Association, Taiwan Chairperson of The Belt and Road Initiative International Cities Film Alliance, and Chief Advisor to the Chinese Producers Association.

With a longstanding commitment to the Chinese-language film and television industry, she has built a strong reputation alongside her husband, Mr. Tsai Sung-Lin. In both production and investment, Mdm. Lu actively promotes diversity and innovation in film development.

Her creative philosophy emphasizes staying “in step with the times,” advocating for the integration of traditional filmmaking with modern technology to meet evolving audience demands. Mr. Dasmond Koh | Chairman

Mr. Dasmond Koh is a veteran in Singapore’s entertainment and media industry. From a celebrated radio broadcaster to a popular television host and now a successful entrepreneur, he has achieved remarkable milestones across various stages of his career.

He has been widely recognized for his work, earning titles such as “Singapore’s Most Popular Radio Personality” five times, and “Most Popular Male Artiste” at the MediaCorp Star Awards for ten consecutive years. In 2019, he was honored with the prestigious All-Time Favorite Artiste award at the Star Awards, cementing his legacy in Singapore’s entertainment scene.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Koh has leveraged his extensive media experience and industry connections to lead the NoonTalk Media team to steady growth, showcasing strong leadership and significant influence in the field.

Mr. Vincent Zhou | Vice Chairman

Vincent Zhou is a rising star in China’s film and television industry—a new-generation talent, independent director, and accomplished writer.

His 2014 film Flight 925 and the 2016 feature Lost in the Pacific were successfully released across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, gaining notable recognition.

A particularly significant chapter in his career was his collaboration with the renowned Chinese director Chen Kaige, which deepened Vincent’s professional expertise and reinforced his dedication to cinematic storytelling.

In 2021, Vincent Zhou wrote and directed the film trilogy The Truth, a showcase of his multifaceted creative talents. Starring well-known actors such as Huang Jue, Kevin Cheng, and Liu Shuailiang, the trilogy received acclaim when it was featured as both the opening and closing films at Korea’s “Light of Asia” Chinese Film Showcase. The Truth was also spotlighted as a featured work at the prestigious Golden Rooster Awards.

Mr Jed Tay  | Organizing Committee Standing Member

Mr Jed Tay is a highly talented and experienced professional in the creative industry, with a strong background in multimedia production. Over the years, he has accumulated valuable experience through his involvement in numerous projects, developing solid expertise in planning and supervising large-scale productions.

Throughout his career, Jed has directed a wide range of multimedia content, including projects for the Marina Bay Sands, National Arts Council, MediaCorp Star Awards, Resorts World Sentosa USS, as well as commercial campaigns for Eu Yan Sang and Shopee.

He has also been responsible for multimedia design for major national events such as the Singapore National Day Parade, Chingay Parade, and ChildAid. Driven, imaginative, and forward-thinking, he is always seeking new opportunities to expand his skills and explore creative possibilities. His passion for multimedia drives him to constantly push the boundaries of his craft.

Mr Colin Ng  | Organizing Committee Member

Mr Colin Ng is a veteran Singaporean filmmaker and a graduate of Vancouver Film School. He built a strong foundation in film and documentary production in North America before joining New Prima Film Production in Hong Kong, where he met director Wong Kar-Wai. Their collaboration involved script adaptation and distributor coordination across North America and Europe, laying the groundwork for Jettone Productions and contributing to classics like Days of Being Wild, Ashes of Time, and ChungKing Express.

In 2000, Mr. Ng established Jettone’s Shanghai branch for Wong Kar-Wai, serving as Creative Director and overseeing production across Greater China. His original stories T.P.24 and Fallen Angels drew interest from 20th Century Fox Searchlight Pictures, with T.P.24 evolving into the acclaimed film 2046. He also contributed to A Chinese Odyssey Sequel and Gen-X Cops I/II.

In 2021, he returned to Singapore to join Dreamforest Productions as a producer, launching SG One, a government-funded community news channel. Since 2022, he has been with NoonTalk Media, developing film projects locally and internationally, and is preparing for the 2025 debut of the Golden Lion Awards for Chinese-language films. His career bridges Eastern and Western cinema, with notable creative and production milestones.

Ms. Audrey Winsome Tang  | Organizing Committee Member

Ms. Audrey Winsome Tang, the visionary Founder and Director of Honger Music Venture Ltd, has built a remarkable career spanning various facets of media and communications. Her journey began at Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK), where she rose to prominence as a popular DJ and presenter, quickly establishing herself as a leading voice in Hong Kong radio.

Expanding her scope, Audrey joined Asia Television Limited (ATV), where she hosted a variety of programs and curated international music content. Beyond her on-air roles, she demonstrated strong leadership as RTHK’s youngest Program Officer, overseeing production, show coordination, and community initiatives.

Her broad professional experience includes serving as Deputy General Manager at Warner Music Hong Kong Ltd, where she managed international repertoire, as well as holding senior communications roles at Metro Broadcast and a publicly listed company—showcasing her expertise in both corporate and financial communications.

Furthermore, Audrey went on to found a successful Investor Relations and Marketing firm, which was later acquired, and she continues to offer independent consultancy services. Her enduring presence as an active radio presenter, emcee, and voice talent underscores her status as a versatile and enduring figure in the media landscape.

Ms. Fanny Wu  | Organizing Committee Member

Ms. Fanny Wu founded Amazing Production Ltd in 1996, providing brand and market services for sectors such as telecommunications and insurance. In 2008, she assisted the Beijing Olympics in promoting the Torch theme song in Hong Kong, and in 2010, she founded Omega Entertainment to nurture young artists.

Actively involved in Sino-Hong Kong cultural collaboration projects—such as the China Foundation’s 25th anniversary—she also serves as head of the Hong Kong Art Dealers Association. In 2022 and 2023, she founded Wisdom Research International and Wisdom Expansion Co., focusing on cross-strait cultural integration and the creative economy.

The association brings together experts in art, finance, and technology to promote global cultural exchange and talent development. Notable recent projects include the 2022 “Cooking Field” cultural exchange, 2023 summer music festivals and heritage exhibitions, 2024 Dragon Culture exhibitions, and cross-border media exchanges in Shenzhen.

She also developed a virtual art exhibition and trading platform that integrates technology with commerce—an initiative aligned with China’s 14th Five-Year Plan to help position Hong Kong as a global cultural hub.
